Room Tariff
(valid till 31 December 2009)

• Room rates are inclusive of buffet breakfast for maximum of two (2) persons per room.
• All the above rates are inclusive of 10% service charge.
• There is no government tax in Langkawi.
• All rates are subject to change without notice.
• Check in time 1400 hours. Check out time 1200 hours.
• Extended check out time up to 6pm – 50% of published rate and after 6pm – full payment.
• Foreign Exchange rate will be converted at the point of payment according to the prevailing exchange rates. Subject to fluctuation.
• Reservation will be held till 6pm unless guaranteed with advance deposit.

1) Internet rates
(Valid till 31 December 2009)

• Rates quoted in Ringgit Malaysia and is inclusive of 10% service charge.
• Rates quoted are inclusive of breakfast (max. 2 per room).
• Extra bed (Studio Room only) is chargeable at RM70.00 nett per night with 1 breakfast.
• Maximum 2 children are allowed sharing with 2 adults only in Studio Cabana. Child age from 04 till 12 years old.
• Peak Season is applicable on :
*1st July 2009 - 22nd Aug 2009
• Super Peak Season is applicable on :
*20th Dec 2009 - 14 Jan 2010
• Compulsory Christmas Eve Dinner is chargeable at RM200 per adult and RM100 per child
• Compulsory Gala Dinner for New Year Eve is chargeable at RM300 per adult and RM150 per child
• Baby cot is free of charge and subject to availability

2) "BURAU GETAWAY Package”

Validity: 1st January 2009 – 31st December 2009
Price : RM279.00 nett per person per package (Superior Cabana Garden View)
            RM339.00 nett per person per package (Studio Cabana Garden View)

1. 03 days / 02 nights accommodation
2. Daily buffet breakfast for maximum 02 persons
3. 1 x dinner at Seri Mutiara Restaurant
4. Welcome drinks
5. Complimentary mineral water upon arrival only
6. Late check-out till 2pm (subject to availability)

Terms and conditions (for Burau Getaway Package):

• Applicable for Malaysian/Singapore residents and expatriates residents in Malaysia/Singapore
• Eve & public holidays, a surcharge of RM50.00 nett per room per night will be imposed.
• From 20 Dec 2009 till 31 Dec 2009 a surcharge of RM100.00 nett per
  room per night will be imposed.
• Extra Adult (3Days 2Nights) at RM180.00 nett per person inclusive of mattress, daily buffet breakfast and 1 buffet dinner. Only for Studio
  Cabana rooms.
• Extra Child (3Days 2Nights) at RM120.00 nett per person inclusive of mattress, daily buffet breakfast and 1 buffet dinner. Only in Studio Cabana rooms.
• Additional night is at RM220.00 net per room per night inclusive 2 breakfasts (Superior Cabana Garden View) and RM290.00 nett per night inclusive 2 breakfasts (Studio cabanas)

3) "ROMANCE IN BURAU Package”

Validity: 1st January 2009 till 31 December 2009
Price : RM408.00 nett per person per package (Superior Cabana Garden View)

3. 1 x candle light set dinner at the Seashell Café with a glass of house wine
