Room Tariff
(effectively January 2008)

• Room rates are inclusive of buffet breakfast for maximum of two persons per room.
• All the above rates are inclusive of 10% service charge.
• There is no government tax in Langkawi.
• All rates are subject to change without notice.
• Check in time 1400 hours. Check out time 1200 hours.
• Extended check out time up to 6pm – 50% of published rate and after 6pm – full rate.
• Foreign Exchange rate will be converted at the point of payment according to the prevailing exchange rates. Subject to fluctuation.
• Reservation will be held till 6pm unless guaranteed with advance deposit.

1) Internet rates
(Valid from 01 January 2008 till 31 December 2008)

• Rates quoted in Ringgit Malaysia and is inclusive of 10% service charge.
• Rates quoted are inclusive of breakfast (max. 2 per room).
• Extra bed (only Studio) is chargeable at RM70.00 nett per/night with 01 breakfast.
• Maximum 2 children are allowed sharing with 2 adults-only in Studio Cabana. Child age from 04 till 12 years old.
• Peak Season is applicable on :
*1st July 2008 - 31st Aug 2008
*1st Nov 2008 - 19th Dec 2008
*15th Jan 2009 - 31st Mar 2009
• Super Peak Season is applicable on :
*20th Dec 2008 - 14 Jan 2009
• Compulsory Gala Dinner for New Year Eve is applicable at RM300 per adult & RM150 per child.
• Baby cot is free of charge and subject to availability.

2) BURAU GETAWAY Package”

Validity: 01 January 2008 – 31 December 2008
Price : RM269.00 nett per person per package (Superior Cabana Garden View)
            RM329.00 nett per person per package (Studio Cabana Garden View)

1. 03 days / 02 nights accommodation
2. daily buffet breakfast for maximum 02 persons
3. 1 x buffet dinner at Seri Mutiara Restaurant
4. welcome fruits / welcome drinks
5. complimentary mineral water
6. complimentary coffee-making facility in the room
7. late check-out till 2pm (subject to availability)

Terms and conditions (for Burau Getaway Package):

• Applicable for Malaysian/Singapore residents and expatriates residents in Malaysia/Singapore
• Eve & public holidays, a surcharge of RM 50.00 nett per room per night will be imposed.
• From 20 Dec 2008 till 31 Dec 2008 a surcharge of RM 100.00 nett per
  room per night will be imposed.
• Extra Adult (3Days 2Nights) at RM 180 nett per person inclusive of mattress, daily buffet breakfast and 1 buffet dinner. Only in Studio
  Cabana rooms.
• Extra Child (3Days 2Nights) at RM120 nett per person inclusive of mattress, daily buffet breakfast and 1 buffet dinner. Only in Studio Cabana rooms.
• Additional night is at RM 220 net per room per night inclusive 02 breakfasts (Superior Cabana Garden View) and RM 290 nett per night inclusive 02 breakfasts for Studio cabanas.
• Additional night for extra Adult – RM 70 nett per person per night / additional night for Child (4 – 12 years old) – RM50 nett per person per night inclusive of mattress and breakfast. Only in Studio Cabana rooms.

• RM 30 redeemable value at any Food & Beverage outlets
• Voucher is non refundable and cannot be accumulated for other visits.
