1) What is the capacity of your ballroom?

2) How much is the rental of the hall for a half day and a full day seminar?
Please refer to Packages for the rates.

3) What are your charges for meeting facilities?
Please refer to Packages for the various packages available. However, please note that RM250 nett will be levied for room rental if attendance is lower than 10 persons. If attendance is more than 10 persons, the usual seminar/meeting charges shall apply.

4) Do you give discounts?
We do not practise giving discounts. However, under special circumstances we may waive
hall rental charges, even if the attendance is less than our minimum requirement, if the organiser can guarantee future events or booking of guest rooms at our hotel.


5) What are the complimentary facilities that you can offer us if we hold
our event at your hotel?

The hotel may provide a complimentary backdrop. (We usually charge between RM100 and RM350 nett per piece, depending on the layout of the design.) The hotel may also provide complimentary parking facilities for a certain number of attendees, pick-up of VIP guests, special meal arrangements and so on.

Other items include the waiver of hall rental charges or special rates for seminar packages,
if the organiser can guarantee future events or booking of guest rooms at the hotel.


6) How many cars can your car park accommodate?
We have a total of 220 parking bays.
