• Room rates are inclusive of buffet breakfast for a maximum of 2 persons per room
• Mutiara Club Floor rooms include welcome drinks, fruit basket, breakfast, afternoon tea & pre-dinner cocktail. Complimentary services include dry-cleaning shoe-shine servicesand usage of gym, sauna/steam bath.
• Hotel also offers wedding banquets and outdoor catering services.
• All rates stated above are subject to 10% service charge and 5% gov tax.

  Check-out time 12pm
• Extended check-out time:
  Up to 6pm - 50% of published rates imposed                          
  After 6pm - one day's rates imposed
• Reservations will be held until 6pm unless guaranteed by advanced payment or credit card
• Foreign currency will be converted at the point of payment, according to the prevailing exchange rate
• 10% commission on the base rate is payable to bona fide travel agents
• Extra bed is chargeable at RM 70.00++ per room stay
