1) Do I need to take special medication for my trip to Taman Negara?
Taman Negara is a malaria-free area. However, you are free to consult with you doctor before your trip.

2) Is there a medical clinic in Mutiara Taman Negara?
There is a government medical polyclinic in Kuala Tahan, 5 minutes from Mutiara Taman Negara Resort.

3) Can I combine 2 activities either in the morning or afternoon (eg. Jungle Trekking to Canopy Walkway and Cave Exploration in the morning; and Lata Berkoh and Rapids Shooting in the afternoon) in order to enjoy all activities during my 3 Days 2 Nights stay in Taman Negara?
All activities are done in different location and the mean of transportation is either by foot or by boat. Therefore, you could not combine 2 activities for half day tour.

4) How do you serve your daily meals?
We serve both buffet and a-la-carte at Seri Mutiara Restaurant. The restaurant is open daily from 7.00am to 11.00pm.

5) Are all activities safe?
All activities are jungle or water based and there are some risk involved. However, we minimize the risk by having guided tours and all activities booked through Mutiara Taman Negara are insured.

6) Can I bring my infant to Taman Negara and join me for the tours?
Due to logistic, we suggest children of 7 years and above for the tours. However, we have baby-sitting service at the resort.
