All reservations require a deposit of one night accommodation with return boat transfer. If the deposit is not received within 30 days prior to the date of arrival, the reservation will be cancelled.
Payments for deposit can be made at our Kuala Lumpur Central Reservations office.
Cancellation fees apply for confirmed bookings that are cancelled within 30 days of arrival date.
